Discover our 2024 Product Roundup
It’s safe to say it’s been a busy year so far at Ticketsolve, and we've been hard at work delivering some pretty incredible features to enhance your experience. As we approach the end of the first quarter of 2024, we're excited to share some of our latest additions. But that's not all – we're also giving you a sneak peek into the amazing developments on the horizon over the next few months. We're so excited to share what we’ve got in store 👇
What’s new
Tasks - Stay On Top of Your To-Do List
If you’ve not heard (where have you been!?), our brand new Tasks feature is live! Tasks is the perfect productivity booster that helps you prioritise your workload to make sure you, and your team, are on track at all times. Need to get up to speed quickly? Check out Ticketsolve's recent Academy session dedicated entirely to Tasks, or our intro blog post here.
Revamped Email Templates
Over the past few weeks, Ticketsolve has been upgrading customers to new email templates built using MJML (Mail Markup Language). MJML will allow you to easily and quickly create gorgeous, responsive emails to target your audience, providing huge benefits to your email marketing activity. We’ll of course be providing templates for you to use, which you can check out here, alongside a more in-depth explanation of what MJML is and how it’ll revolutionise the way you work. If you'd like your account to be an early adopter of these new MJML templates, just drop us a line!
Digital Wallet Integration
While we’re on the subject, the new MJML email templates integrate seamlessly with Apple and Google wallet. This allows your customers to easily add their tickets to their smartphone's digital wallet app. Not only does this make accessing tickets more convenient for customers, but it's also an eco-friendly move by reducing paper ticket printing - a win-win!
What's Next?
While you're enjoying those fresh new features, we’re not resting on our laurels! We have even more innovative tools brewing:
Boxed Automations
This is the (super exciting) first phase of adding automated workflows to the Ticketsolve toolbox. These are pre-packaged automations that are ready to use from the get-go. All you need to do is check you're happy with the customisation options, enable the automation, and it's then good to go. The initial release is a First Time Customer Automation that tags new customers, sends a welcome email, and removes the tag if they book again. We’ll be adding more automations to lighten your admin load soon too, including donation thank yous, lapsed customers, and comms for contacts who have never booked.
Project Management
Building on the new Tasks feature, we’ll soon be releasing a full project management system right within Ticketsolve. You can use the feature for any and all key projects, from high value donor projects to corporate sponsorship pipeline. In these examples, you will be able to add prospects to each pipeline, and nurture each prospect and move them through the pipeline until they end up as a major donor or a corporate sponsor. The possibilities are endless, however, and we can’t wait to show you more very soon.
For more info about our latest developments, check out our March academy session - Nick and Natalie take you through all our new features, and what’s coming soon, in detail!
