Meet Our New Team Members & A New Opportunity at Ticketsolve

At Ticketsolve, we’re passionate about building not just the tools our community needs, but also the team that makes it all happen! Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed some fantastic new colleagues across support and engineering. Each brings unique skills and experiences (and plenty of personality) to Team Ticketsolve.
We’re also excited to share details of a brand-new role we’re looking to fill: Customer Experience Manager. This position is designed to make sure customer experience sits right at the heart of everything we do. More on that below, but first, meet the newest members of Team Ticketsolve!
Didier Chui | Customer Support and Training Specialist
Based in Birmingham, Didier has jumped right in to supporting our community, making sure customers get the help they need. With experience as an Educational Support Coordinator, she’s a natural at problem-solving and training. Away from work, you’ll find Didier gaming, planning her next adventure (she’s already three trips in this year!), or enjoying live music. At home, she’s kept company by Mochi, her adorably round hamster.
Sarah Snee | Customer Support and Training Specialist
Joining us in Dublin, Sarah is part of our Customer Support and Training team, helping venues get the very best out of Ticketsolve. With a background spanning festivals and theatres (including the Gate, the Abbey, Project Arts Centre, DIFF, and Dublin Fringe Festival) she knows first-hand the challenges and joys of front of house and box office life. When not supporting our customers, Sarah is either reading, making music, or kept on her toes by her two dogs (one big, one small — the perfect duo).
Matija Čupić | Backend Engineer
Working from Belgrade, Serbia, Matija is helping us build and refine the tools that power Ticketsolve. He started his career in technical marketing before moving into software engineering, and has since held roles as an engineer, team lead, and co-founder across developer tooling, fintech, and sales tech. Outside of work, Matija is passionate about sports (running and weightlifting), gaming, and playing piano. He and his wife also share their home with four rescue cats: Fibi, Lemi, Goku, and Frida.
Ewan McDougall | Software Developer
Based in the beautiful Highland Perthshire, Ewan is one of the brains behind making sure “the buttons work” (his words, not ours!). He’s worked with Ticketsolve before, as well as for a digital design agency, fintech startup, and an automated video interview platform. With a Fine Art degree at the start of his career, Ewan has always blended creativity and tech, from designing museum interactives to programming. When he’s not coding, you’ll find him running or cycling through the hills with friends and family.
We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Manager
We’ve also looking to recruit for a brand new role: Customer Experience Manager.
This role will ensure our operations team continues to deliver exceptional customer service, working across support, onboarding, and customer success to keep service standards high and processes smooth. The Customer Experience Manager will:
- Lead and support our customer-facing teams, making sure daily service targets are met.
- Manage performance, run 1:1s and reviews, and build a culture of accountability and improvement.
- Oversee scheduling, training, escalations, and quality checks.
- Partner with product and leadership to ensure customer feedback directly shapes our development roadmap.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service, streamlining processes, and leading people.
If that sounds like you, or someone you know, check out the full details and apply via the link below.
