Event Hub: Smoother Journeys and Higher Secondary Spend
Event Hub officially launched in 2025! Built to enhance the customer experience in the days before an event, it offers a beautifully streamlined journey where visitors can find everything they need, including digital tickets, key event information, FAQs, maps, and optional pre-orders, all in one place.
Venues using EventHub have seen:
- Reduced queues and smoother front-of-house operations
- Happier customers with fewer last-minute questions
- New revenue streams from pre-paid drinks, merchandise, dining or VIP packages
Many organisations began by using EventHub purely for information, only introducing pre-orders once their audiences became familiar with the platform. Whether used for customer care, revenue generation or both, EventHub has quickly become a staple in elevating your audience experience.
Ticketsolve Pay: Integrated Payments That Just Work
This year also marked a major step forward in payments with the rollout of Ticketsolve Pay. Built with Mangopay, it brings gateway, merchant services and reconciliation, under one roof. No more juggling providers or decoding complex fee structures.
Ticketsolve Pay has introduced:
- A clearer, more predictable pricing model
- A unified Transactions area for smooth reconciliation
- Support for Apple Pay (already live!)
- Google Pay, coming soon
Ticketsolve Protect: Refund Protection That Works for Everyone
We also launched Ticketsolve Protect, giving customers the option to safeguard their booking with a single click, while venues benefit from a completely hands-off experience.
Here’s what makes it so powerful:
- Customers are covered for illness, injury, transport issues and more
- Refund Protect handles all claims and payouts, reducing admin to zero
- Venues keep their original ticket income
- You retain 25% of Protect revenue
- Refunded seats can be easily resold
It’s become especially popular for long-lead shows, classes, workshops and high-demand events.
Third-Party Ticket Scanning: One Queue, One Process
To make scanning simpler for venues working across multiple platforms, we introduced integrated third-party ticket scanning. Whether tickets were sold through Ticketmaster, See Tickets or another Ticketsolve venue, you can now import barcodes and scan everything through the same app.
This improvement means:
- Faster doors
- Consistent reporting
- One seamless process for staff and audiences
Everyday Enhancements That Make a Big Difference
Alongside the headline features, 2025 brought lots of thoughtful improvements that remove friction from daily tasks:
- MJML branding for system emails, giving all customer communications a consistent, polished look
- Donation-inclusive ticket prices, with optional Gift Aid prompts
- Clearer seated price selection, helping customers choose the right ticket more easily
- Inventory Management for merchandise, experiences and event-specific products
- Auto-release ticket waves for phased pricing and early-bird strategies
- Booking charge references for more accurate finance reporting
- Pinned customer comments visible in the check-in app, supporting better front-of-house care
Looking Ahead: Highlights from the 2026 Roadmap
A New Era of Data Insights
We're rolling out a completely rebuilt Sales Dashboard, powered by a brand-new data platform. This will unlock faster access to meaningful insights, deepen audience intelligence, and build the foundation for AI-assisted recommendations
Boxed Automations: Smarter, Quicker Workflows
Next year brings new automations, including lapsed customer journeys, abandoned cart recovery, donation thank-you emails and voucher expiry reminders, reducing the admin load for your team. We're also introducing smarter rules for all automations, includingg rules to skip certain recipients.
Subscriptions, Recurring Donations & Direct Debits
Recurring relationships deserve recurring tools! Early 2026 will introduce membership subscriptions, recurring donation options, and direct debit payment, all fully integrated with Ticketsolve Pay.
Chip & Pin Terminals
We’re also introducing deeply integrated chip & pin devices for fast, clean, box office payments without any manual reconciliation headaches.
New Client & System API
A modern, secure and developer-friendly API is coming, unlocking new possibilities for custom online journeys, membership integrations, point-of-sale experiences and more.

One of our favourite 2025 releases was the launch of Projects, My Stuff and Inbox, a suite designed to bring structure, clarity and collaboration into one place. Projects offers customisable Kanban boards for planning everything from group bookings to marketing campaigns, while My Stuff gives each user a personalised view of their tasks and responsibilities across the organisation. Inbox ties it all together with timely notifications so nothing gets missed.
