A Year of Events & Resources at Ticketsolve

It's safe to say that it’s been a busy year here at Ticketsolve! We've been covering the subjects that matter the most to you all, through 40 blogs, 9 new resources and 9 Academy webinars. We've also been on the road: from industry conferences in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Limerick, to our 10 Ticketsolve Workshops, we’ve had the pleasure of connecting with so many of you throughout the year.
Here’s a look back at what we’ve been up to 👇
Workshops: Ticketsolve on Tour
This summer was all about connecting with our community and turning ideas into action as Ticketsolve headed to 10 cities across the UK and Ireland for our annual Workshops.
It was great to bring our users together to share stories, swap strategies, and get hands-on with Ticketsolve in fresh, practical ways. Along the way, we loved sharing our team’s Ticketsolve knowledge and offering a glimpse into what we’ve been working so hard on behind the scenes.
Workshops will, of course, be back in 2026! In the meantime, you can catch up with our 2025 session here.
Academies: Ticketsolve Deep Dive
Our Academy sessions create space for ongoing professional development throughout the year, focusing on the topics that matter most to you.
From introductions to new features like Event Hub an
d Protect, to walkthroughs of key Box Office functionality, we hope our sessions were helpful, practical, and genuinely enjoyable to watch.
All of our 2025 Academy sessions are available to watch via our Help Centre.
Resources: Inspired by our Product and Community
This year, we created nine new resources, inspired by your questions, ideas, and the evolving needs of the Ticketsolve community, alongside new product developments.
From an introduction to claiming Gift Aid on tickets, to a practical guide to using Event Hub to build revenue streams, our content is designed to be easily digestible, inspiring, and genuinely useful.
All resources are available to explore here.
Conferences: Revisiting our Content
In 2025, we headed to industry conferences in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Limerick, and were honoured to deliver sessions at both TPC and the Arts Marketing Association.
At TPC 2025, Emma explored a question many of us are grappling with:
What does meaningful, compassionate leadership look like in the arts right now?
Her session created space to reflect not just on what we do as leaders, but how, and why, we lead. You can explore the resource inspired by her session here.
Mark shared how Agile ways of working can help teams stay focused on what really matters, balancing creative energy with clear, simple systems that support both people and projects. You can read our Agile working resource and watch Mark’s session here.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to keep building spaces in person and online where ideas can be shared, challenges can be explored, and practical solutions can take shape. In the meantime, grom all of us at Ticketsolve, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎅✨
