Catching Up with the Ticketsolve Community in June!
We’ve had an exciting June, packed with events and hands-on support to help you get the most out of our platform. From interactive workshops to comprehensive training sessions, we’ve been on the road meeting many of you and sharing tips and tricks to enhance your Ticketsolve experience. Here’s a roundup of our June activities 👇
Ticketsolve Workshops 2024: First Stop, Derry~Londonderry!
We kicked off our 2024 Workshops at Derry~Londonderry's Nerve Centre, with this session hosted by our brilliant Aoileann and Dean.
The workshop kicked off with an engaging session on customer experience, where we shared insights on improving every step of the customer journey. We then dove into the latest developments at Ticketsolve, including an introduction to our recent adoption MJML technology for enhancing email communications.
Laster on, we jumped into practical tips and tricks to optimise the Ticketsolve experience. We also explored our new Tasks & Projects features, which are perfect for managing donor pipelines and fundraising campaigns. The afternoon continued with a session on marketing fundamentals, providing attendees with key tools to boost their campaign success.
We wrapped up the workshop with a look at how customer feedback drives our agile development process and offered a sneak peek into upcoming features during the product roadmap session. The day concluded with an open Q&A and informal chats, ensuring everyone left feeling inspired and informed.
If you’d like to take part in our upcoming workshops, just a reminder that we’re visiting various cities across the UK and Ireland throughout the summer...
New Customer Training at Rufus Centre and Briery Gap
At Ticketsolve, we know how important it is to hit the ground running with our system. Our training program is designed to be fun, engaging, and free from information overload. This June, Charlie visited the Rufus Centre, and Dean headed to newly-renovated Briery Gap to deliver our training to these recently-onboarded customers.
They delivered our tried-and-tested training programme which we offer to all new customers. Venue teams get hands-on experience with everything from ticket sales and customer management to event creation. We blend classroom instruction with workshops, and participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along.
By the end, your team will feel confident and ready to use Ticketsolve to its full potential. We’re here to make the switch to Ticketsolve seamless, just as we did for the Rufus Centre and Briery Gap!
Customer Success visit to Theatr Brycheiniog

During Nick's visit, he worked closely with Theatr Brycheiniog’s team to understand their unique needs and offered tailored solutions to optimise their use of Ticketsolve. He also shared updates on upcoming features and how they could benefit the team, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
Our customer success team exemplifies our aim to build long-term relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and acting as a sounding board for new ideas. Our goal is to help you achieve your objectives and enjoy a positive and productive experience with Ticketsolve!
