About Our Session
We’re excited to host a session on Friday morning at 9:30 AM titled “P10Y — The Art of Getting Things Done!” We’ll explain what P10Y actually means, explore what it takes to be a productive leader, and discuss how you can foster effective change across your organisation.
Our session will address the unique challenges faced by leaders in the creative sector, focusing on balancing the artistic process with efficient management practices. We’ll offer practical, innovative time management strategies tailored for the arts, emphasising how to streamline workflow without compromising creative integrity.
