We're excited to invite you to our upcoming Ticketsolve Workshops! These workshops are designed to bring our community together, allow you to get involved in conversations we’ve been having, and share valuable insights. We’ll introduce you to the latest and greatest features we’ve been working on, with specific sessions focusing on our newest releases and development progress.

Whether you’re a long-time Ticketsolver, new to the family, or want to find out more about what we’re about, this day promises to be filled with engaging sessions, interactive demos, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow professionals. Let’s dive into the details of what you can expect from the day’s agenda!

#### 10:00 - Welcome Refreshments

There’s nothing we love more at Ticketsolve than a cuppa! Grab the beverage of your choice, say hi, and chat with familiar faces while meeting new ones from Team Ticketsolve and other venues in your area.

#### 10:30 - Collaborating on Customer Experience

We’ll start off the day with a bit of collaboration and idea sharing! Team Ticketsolve and attendees will share insights on creating the best customer experience, from arrival at your venue to heading off. Join us for a lively discussion on enhancing every step of your customer’s journey.

#### 11:15 - Latest Developments

It’s been a busy year at Ticketsolve, and we've been hard at work delivering some incredible features to enhance your experience! In our first development-themed session, we’re super excited to share all the exciting new features we’ve launched over the past few months and will dive into a couple of these in more detail later in the day.

#### 11:45 - Communications Reinvented

Talking of latest developments, we’ll be diving into the first session focusing on one of our latest releases! Discover how we’re using MJML technology to transform your Ticketsolve emails. We’ll cover what MJML actually is and how you can use it to create beautiful, responsive emails.

#### 12:00 - Ticketsolving Tips & Tricks

Inspired by previous years’ “Tips & Tricks” session, we’ll share a live demo showcasing the handiest how-tos and super settings you’ll definitely want to know about. This session was much loved by past attendees for its practical insights.

#### 12:45 - Lunch

Lunch is on us! Grab a bite to eat and catch up with your fellow Ticketsolvers.

#### 13:30 - Optimising Projects and Campaigns

We’re thrilled to introduce our latest feature in person! If you’ve heard about our Tasks & Projects features but want an example of how to use them to benefit your organisation, we’ll take you through how it can be used to manage your donor pipeline and fundraising campaigns.

#### 14:00 - Marketing Fundamentals

By popular demand, we’re holding a session specifically for marketers this year! Get an overview of the key tools available in Ticketsolve to make your next marketing campaign a success.

#### 14:30 - Closing the Loop

At Ticketsolve, we work on the basis of “agile development” to respond quickly to what our customers want and need. This session will allow you to gain insight into how your feedback drives our product development.

#### 14:45 - Product Roadmap

It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for! We know Ticketsolvers LOVE to know what’s coming down the tracks, so in this session, you’ll get a sneak peek into features and functionality coming soon to Ticketsolve.

#### 15:00 - Nurturing Our Partnership

We want to make sure our community is aware of all the ways we can work together! We’ll take you through all the ways that you can make the most of what Ticketsolve has to offer.

#### 15:15 - Let’s Call it a (Productive) Day

All good things must come to an end! After you’ve had the chance to ask any questions, we’ll wrap up a day of Ticketsolving and officially finish. We’ll be sticking around for a while if you’d like to have a chat, too!
