Introducing...the Ticketsolve Book Club!

We're not sure if it's the back-to-school vibes in the air, but lately we've had reading on the brain, and more specifically, how you all might enjoy perusing the fabulous content that's housed in our snazzy, new-look Help Centre.

Much like a bookshop or library, our Help Centre contains a LOT of reading material - and unless you’re looking for something specific, it can be hard to know where to start! So with that in mind, and to give you a helping hand to discover everything that we have to offer in terms of tips, tricks and support, we’ve decided to create our very own Ticketsolve Bookclub! 📚

Here’s how it works: every month, we’ll suggest some content to read, so you can discover something new about Ticketsolve, best practice and more. It might even, as with an actual book club, open up discussion within your organisation and beyond!

This September, our Book Club pick is a real thriller (see what we did there😉), offering a whistlestop tour of the multitude of possibilities you have at your fingers with Ticketsolve, and how it can set you up for success - from automations to customisation

Lacking inspiration when it comes to discounts? No worries, in chapter one, we’ll take you through a variety of popular examples, and how to set them up and customise them, so you can create bundles and two-fers whenever you want!

In chapter two, we’ll suggest some strategies that could create the dream repeat booker - as we show you how to seek out first-timers and dangle a few carrots to get them purchasing again!

Did you know that you can customise your confirmation page? We’ll take you through exactly how in chapter three, whether you want to upsell, share useful info for your customers, or just say a big thank you!

Chapter four is all about saving you time and stress, as we teach you how you set your shows to go on sale automatically, so you can put your feet up when it comes to go-live day
