Our 50-second Round Up 👇
Redesigning our Help Centre
One of our favourite 2023 launches has to be our new-look Help Centre, which we revealed to the world in August! It features intuitive navigation, step-by-step articles, and resources to help you find the answers you need, quickly and easily. You can now explore all our historic articles, resources, and academy sessions, and we regularly add new articles, too. Our Help Centre is such an important part of our continuous goal of improving your Ticketsolve experience and giving you the tools, knowledge and support that you need, when you need it
Streamlining an effective check-out process
Here at Ticketsolve, we’re all about optimising the customer journey to boost ticket sales, refining the checkout process from initial site visit to final payment. Recognizing that each venue has unique needs, Ticketsolve now offers customisation options at checkout, like tailored prompts, customised cross-selling, distinctive confirmation pages, and flexibility in required customer fields - to streamline or expand data collection.
New cross-selling opportunities
Adding an extra dimension to your sales strategy through cross-selling, this new feature enables recommended shows and products to be viewed and added to the cart at Box Office during in-person and phone sales - as well as online. A great way to empower your box office staff to make recommendations that customers might be interested in - and increase your spend-per-order.
Extra features and benefits on our check in app
We added a few extra features to our much-loved check in app in September! Now you can scan in products in addition to tickets, making it easy for you to manage customers collecting purchases like merchandise or pre-ordered drinks. We've also added extra functionality within the app to streamline the scanning process and enhance your customer's experience when they arrive at your event.
Enhancing segmentation with customer tagging
We made a few additions to our customer tagging feature, and you can now create, edit and delete tags within the Manage Tags section of Ticketsolve. This includes creating tags with colours and emojis, that can be added to customer records. When a customer with an emoji tag is added to the cart at Box Office, you'll see the emojis from the tags directly below the customer's name.
This new feature goes hand-in-hand with the improved Check-in App (see above!), and by using tags with emojis on customer records, you can immediately see important customer details - like if the customer is a high-level donor, on your Access Register, or a corporate sponsor.
Flexible invoice customisation
This upgrade to invoices - which is sure to make those working in accounts your best friends - brings a shiny new template design and, the feature you've been waiting for, the flexibility to make your invoice design your own. You can now customise your order invoice template to include your company logo, payment instructions and bank details. Check out the guide below to get started.
Gifting of digital gift vouchers
Perhaps our most festive feature, Gifting of Gift Vouchers feature allows Money Voucher products to be sold and purchased as gifts, with a digital Gift Voucher being emailed to the recipient on a chosen date, along with a personalised gift message.
There's nothing you need to turn on to use this feature, however, we'd recommend checking your print at home voucher design to make sure it looks great when the recipient downloads it!

Robust data capture at Box Office
By default, orders placed at Box Office can be made and confirmed without a customer record being assigned to the order. In this case, the order goes under 'Unknown Customer'. If you'd like to prevent this happening, you can set your Ticketsolve account to require a customer record be added to all Box Office orders.
Boosting conversions with Digital Wallets
According to the latest e-commerce trends, using Apple Pay has helped organisations boost conversion rates by 250% and improve checkout completion time by as much as 58%. This is why we were thrilled to launch digital wallet integration for mobile tickets this year! This new feature allows customers to easily save tickets to their digital wallet of choice like Apple Pay or Google Pay for streamlined access when arriving onsite. Once added, tickets can be scanned directly from the wallet without fumbling through emails - providing the most convenient ticketing experience possible.
