Closing in Fast on 2022: Big plans & aspirations
This week we are delighted to officially welcome two new members to our team. Over the past few months, we've seen not only welcomed new members to the Ticketsolve Community, but we've also welcomed wonderful new Ticketsolvers to the team. We also have a big question for you this week—Pssssssst, can you keep a secret? 😏

November is a busy month through and through! And with the biggest programme of the year, well underway, we know there is no slowing down. 2022 has brought new energy, and this season we're seeing this as teams prepare to smash their box office targets on their first full-production panto, without restrictions, since 2019.
At Ticketsolve, our team have been busy supporting members of the Ticketsolve Community with a series of new initiatives, projects and feature releases.
The Streamline Series
The Streamline series has been devised by our support team and is based on feedback that we received from conducting 13 summer workshops all over the UK and Ireland. We wanted to understand how we could best support your teams this season. We've uncovered the top three priorities as presented through our workshops and devised a simple three-phase programme to help you get the most out of your pantos and Christmas shows.
With you every step of the way: Meet Charlie!
With a growing portfolio of arts & cultural organisations, venues and visitor attractions partnering with Ticketsolve, the feedback we receive regularly falls around the level of support we provide our customers. That's why, when you partner with Ticketsolve you not only enhance your ticketing, CRM, fundraising process, you also gain the expertise of a team of passionate ticketing folk!
This month, we've welcomed our newest addition to our ticketing family. Charlie flourishes in all areas of ticketing support with over 10 years of experience supporting theatres with their ticketing.
Ticketsolve Forum 2023
That's right—this is your calling TO SAVE THE DATES!
Early next year, we'll be hosting the largest Ticketsolve forum to date. With two locations over two dates, it's not something you will want to miss out on. Our preparations are in full swing and with our final speakers TBC, we'll be launching the 2023 Forum very shortly. Until the booking goes onsale, keep the date on your calendar and your eyes peeled for further information!
It goes beyond a conference: Meet the Community!
The Ticketsolve Forum offers two days of insightful sessions and an opportunity to bring important takeaways back to your organisation. It's also a day to immerse yourself in the Ticketsolve Community which is built on loyalty, trust, dedication and innovation. Not only will you meet other arts professionals, venue managers and creatives, you'll also get to meet our growing team of Ticketsolvers.
Graeme Brown has just joined our marketing team and we are delighted to welcome him onboard from Cumbernauld (he's even neighbours with our support team member Chris!) His expertise in visitor attractions and exhibitions adds a new dynamic flavour to our team.
