Ticketsolve's scanning app has long been a favourite among venues for its efficiency and reliability. Last year, we introduced enhanced customer tagging capabilities, further streamlining operations. Now, we're thrilled to announce another game-changing update: the ability to scan and validate Ticketmaster tickets alongside your Ticketsolve tickets using the same beloved scanning app.

For venues that sell tickets through both Ticketsolve and third-party systems like Ticketmaster, See Tickets, or even other Ticketsolve venues, managing separate scanning processes can be a hassle. Our latest update eliminates this pain point by letting you upload barcode data directly into Ticketsolve.

Once imported, our scanning app recognises and processes those tickets just like native Ticketsolve products. When a third-party ticket is scanned, it’s flagged as such and displays all the customer details you’ve imported – from their name through to seat information – giving you one streamlined check-in process.

Simple Setup, Scanning Made Easy, and Flexibility Across Systems

Getting started couldn’t be simpler. With a quick CSV upload, you can import tickets from Ticketmaster, See, or even another Ticketsolve venue and have them ready to scan on event day. Once uploaded, the Ticketsolve Check-in App validates those tickets just like your own, displaying customer and event details at the point of entry. This flexibility also means you can share codes across different Ticketsolve accounts – ideal for festivals, partnerships, or collaborative events.
