Looking Ahead: What 2026 Has in Store for Ticketsolve

As we head into 2026, our focus at Ticketsolve is shifting from building foundations to unlocking potential. Over the past year, we’ve put key pieces in place across workflows, payments and data. Now, we’re using that groundwork to develop tools that help teams move faster, work smarter, and make more confident decisions.
Here’s a snapshot of what’s coming next. Some of these updates are already in testing, so will be hitting Ticketsolve accounts soon!
Turning Insight into Action
One of the biggest developments for 2026 is a new Sales Dashboard, built on a restructured data platform. This brings key performance information into one clear view, covering tickets, products, donations and memberships, and lays the groundwork for something bigger.
Our longer-term goal is to move beyond reporting and towards guidance. Rather than simply showing what’s happening, Ticketsolve will increasingly highlight patterns, flag opportunities, and support quicker decision-making. It’s about spending less time digging through reports and more time acting on meaningful insight.

What’s Next for Projects
With Projects now established, 2026 is about deepening its impact. We’re exploring additional templates, stronger filtering and reporting, improved notifications, and early CRM-style features that support relationship management and internal collaboration.
As always, this will be shaped by how teams are using Projects in the real world.
Automations That Lighten the Load
Automation continues to play a growing role in 2026, with more boxed automations designed to handle repetitive tasks in the background. These include journeys for lapsed customers, abandoned carts, product purchases, all triggered automatically, with minimal setup required.
The aim is consistency without complexity: reliable communication that runs quietly in the background, freeing teams to focus on strategy, relationships and creativity.
More Flexibility Through a New API
To support organisations with more bespoke digital needs, we’re introducing a new client and system API. This will allow developers and partners to build custom experiences, from membership journeys to event discovery, while keeping everything securely connected to Ticketsolve.
The Next Phase of Payments
2026 will be a significant year for Ticketsolve Pay, particularly for organisations running memberships and supporter schemes, with key updates that will make long-term relationships easier to manage. We’re also introducing fully integrated chip-and-pin terminals, allowing box office payments to flow seamlessly into Ticketsolve, with cleaner reconciliation and less manual handling.
Looking Forward
Everything planned for 2026 builds on a simple principle: Ticketsolve should actively support your work, not slow it down. Whether through clearer insight, quieter automation or more connected systems, the goal is to give teams the tools they need to focus on what matters most.
We’re excited about what’s ahead, and even more excited to keep shaping it together with our community.
