We love shouting about all the cool things that Ticketsolve can do, and one of these is our ability to integrate with some pretty handy tools that can really give you a leg up when it comes to meeting your digital marketing goals.

In case you don’t know, when we’re talking about integration, we’re referring to the software applications we’re linked to, allowing us to share data and provide updates with them in real time (and them with us).

Integrations allow you to take your activity even further - and Ticketsolve is able to integrate with absolutely loads of applications! Here are a few of our fave marketing tools, and some examples of what you can use them for. All of these tools do a multitude of awesome things, so we’ll just take you through a few of our favourite features!

Check out our video for a one-minute-long run down!

Mailchimp

First up, we have the simple-but-powerful email marketing tool - which is seamlessly integrated with Ticketsolve.

In a nutshell, with Mailchimp you can:

  • Automate your emails, setting up triggers, timelines and custom messages to save yourself time, and make sure that your customers get an email at the perfect moment. Find out more about setting up automation workflows in our Help Centre.
  • Segment your customers so that you can create targeted campaigns - a sure-fire way to ensure higher engagement and better results. Segmentation within Ticketsolve can be easily synched to your Mailchimp account - find out more here.
  • Mailchimp also provides great post-campaign reporting and analysis that really helps to work out what’s working (and what’s not) with your campaigns, understand your audience behaviour, and get ideas for improvement using helpful optimization tools.

Google Analytics

Ah yes, everyone’s favourite analytics tool: Ticketsolve is primed and ready to work with Google Analytics 4 thanks to our integration. Google Analytics gives you all the information you need to better understand your customers, including:

  •  How they navigate and interact with your website: allowing you to analyse journeys and engagement across all devices using tools such as path explorations, goals and events, and conversions.
  • What they might do in the future - Google Analytics 4 uses machine-learning to predict what your users might do, allowing you to learn more about your customers and optimise your campaigns and strategies .

You can also tailor Google Analytics 4 to your needs using custom reports, ensuring you have data views you need to optimise your activity. We recently partnered with Chris Unitt at One Further, who has generously provided his Google Analytics 4 reporting kit FREE for Ticketsolve community members

If you’ve not got Google Analytics 4 set up, we can help with that - find out how to do so here

Google Tag Manager

On to Google Analytics’ partner in crime - Tag Manager, which allows you to add tags (or triggers) to your website, allowing you to track activity without needing a developer to add code.

  • You can add tags to various parts of your website, allowing you to see exactly what and how your audience is engaging with your content. This allows you to work out how your site and content is performing, make changes if needed, or replicate what’s working.
  • As tags can help you understand every stage of your customer journey, you can see exactly what drives audiences to convert - which is invaluable when planning activity to encourage them to purchase.
  • As you can manage tags yourself, it also allows you to play around and with your marketing activity - you can experiment whenever you want, tracking results yourself and pivoting if you need to!

For a more in-depth look at Tag Manager, check out our article on how to set it up and nand link it to your website and Ticketsolve.

Meta Pixel

While we’re talking code, we of course had to touch on Meta Pixel (or the Facebook remarketing pixel), which allows you to see how Facebook and Instagram users have interacted with your content.

Using Pixel you can:

  • Build super-relevant audiences - or rather, let Meta do that for you! When running ads, you can create audiences from people who have engaged with your site, or who have the same characteristics as people who have.
  • Give your audiences a little nudge - Meta Pixel will help you show your ads to those who have visited specific pages on your website, added something to a cart, signed up to your newsletter, and more, so you can remind them to click that “buy now” button.

For more info about setting up audiences and remarketing using Pixel, check out our help centre article here.

  • Meta Pixel also allows you to create custom reports on Facebook showing the return on investment you’re achieving - tracking cost per result and conversion value to see how your campaigns are performing, and how they could be improved.

Find out more about setting up custom reports, and Meta Pixel as a whole, via our Helpdesk article.

Arts Council England’s Illuminate

We’re also integrated with some really helpful tools to help you understand your audience and how they engage with you - the first of which is Illuminate, a super helpful data platform developed  by Arts Council England and PwC, allowing you to:

  • Collect your audience data and view it all in one place thanks to a seamless Ticketsolve connection.
  • Conduct surveys to gather additional data, and better understand your audience. ACE have minimum response and target guidelines for all surveys to get you started, which you can view here.
  • Analyse your audience data using the helpful “insights” module, which also gives recommendations on audience expansion.

Audience Answers

Successor to Audience Finder, Audience Answers launched - and integrated with Ticketsolve - earlier this year, offering lots of ways for organisations to better understand their audiences.

  • Audience Answers allows you to segment your audience according to The Audience Agency’s Audience Spectrum model. As well as helping you to better understand your audience, this will also allow you to target specific audiences so you can make sure customers are getting the info they want - easily boosting engagement.
  • You can also gather additional data and insights from you using Audience Answers’ survey tool, allowing you to build surveys so you can get feedback directly from your customers and tailor your activity accordingly.
  • Gain insights into your ticketing data, from quick overviews to deeper analysis such as audience mapping and trend tracking.

TRG and Purple 7’s Arts & Culture Benchmark

This is a super helpful tool, originally created to aid post-pandemic recovery, providing real-time intelligence for arts and culture organisations, allowing you to:

  • Understand how your ticketing data compares to industry benchmarks so you can gain perspective and see how your results compare to that of similar organisations
  • Gain an insight into changes and learning opportunities on national and international levels - as benchmarking data comes from organisations across North America, the UK and Ireland.
  • Get a clear, unified view of your data, with super-helpful dashboards showing your data, including progression and changes.

For more information about how you can strategically use the data provided by the Benchmark, check out our webinar here

It’s worth noting that these are only a few of the many tools that can be integrated with Ticketsolve (We couldn’t go through them all, or this would be an extremely long blog.) For example, we haven’t even covered Zapier, which allows you to connect to over 3,000 other platforms, including some excellent marketing tools…
