We’re Hiring a Head of Marketing!

At Ticketsolve, we’re passionate about helping arts, culture, and heritage organisations grow, connect with audiences, and thrive. Our platform powers everything from ticketing to fundraising, marketing to CRM, helping over 370 organisations across the UK and Ireland deliver exceptional experiences to their communities.
As our product and community continue to evolve, so does our team. We’re now looking for a brilliant Head of Marketing to lead the charge on our brand, communications, and growth strategy 👇
Head of Marketing: What’s the Role?
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Whether it’s leading the brand narrative, delivering standout campaigns, or aligning closely with Sales and Customer Success to tell a cohesive story, this is a big opportunity to shape how the sector sees (and hears from) Ticketsolve.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own our brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoint
- Build and lead a bold marketing strategy spanning brand, product marketing, content, events, and partnerships
- Roll out multi-channel campaigns that build awareness and drive meaningful engagement
- Mentor and manage a small but mighty marketing team
- Collaborate across departments to connect marketing with the full customer journey
- Use insights and data to fine-tune performance, test ideas, and maximise impact
- Champion our customers’ stories and sector insights to shape future campaigns
- Translate new product features into compelling stories and tools for our audience
- Guide our events strategy, from industry conferences to customer activations
- Oversee marketing operations, systems, and reporting — with creativity and compliance in mind
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a dynamic marketing function in a purpose-led SaaS company.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re the kind of person who’s just as excited about building long-term strategy as you are jumping in to test new ideas. You love the arts, understand the power of great storytelling, and know how to connect people to products in ways that matter.
Here’s what we’d love you to bring:
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role (bonus points for experience in SaaS or B2B tech-for-good)
- A track record of delivering strong brand positioning and integrated campaigns
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- A commercial mindset with a passion for creativity
- Brilliant communication skills and a sharp editorial eye
- Confidence working with tools like HubSpot and managing content and event strategies
- A genuine interest in the arts, culture, or creative sectors
