Amplify Collaboration and Impact with Agile: Join Our AMA 2025 Session

In a world full of noise, how can your team stay focused on what really matters? At the 2025 AMA Conference, we’re excited to be part of the conversation with a session that explores how Agile ways of working can help arts and cultural organisations tune in, turn up, and truly amplify their impact.
Led by Customer Support and Training Specialist Mark, our session will offer practical, jargon-free insights into how Agile can transform the way your team works, bringing more clarity, collaboration, and confidence to everything you do.
Agile isn't just for tech teams. At Ticketsolve, it's embedded across our organisation - from product development to customer support - and we’ve seen first-hand how powerful these simple principles can be in helping teams cut through the chaos and stay aligned.
Whether you're looking to improve communication, keep projects on track, or create space for continuous learning, this session will give you the tools and ideas to start making small shifts with big results.
What We’ll Cover
In our AMA 2025 session, we’ll explore:
- How Agile ways of working help you cut through the noise to focus on what matters
- Simple tools (like Kanban boards) that support visibility, prioritisation, and momentum
- How Agile fosters a culture where all voices are heard and ideas are actioned
- Real-world insights from Ticketsolve’s day-to-day operations
- Easy, actionable takeaways you can apply to any team or organisation
Agile is about amplifying collaboration, adaptability, and progress, not just productivity. It’s about making work work better, especially in creative, high-pressure environments like ours.
This session is ideal if you’ve been curious about Agile but haven’t known where to start, or if you’re looking for tangible ways to support team wellbeing, focus, and innovation in your workplace.
Meet Your Speaker
Mark brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the arts sector: as a venue leader and as a system specialist. His journey began at Ropetackle Arts Centre, where he progressed from Admin Assistant to Centre Manager (and where he is still a member of the board) and became an early advocate of Ticketsolve through hands-on use.
After a stint in Australia supporting major festivals like Sydney Fringe and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Mark returned to the UK and now works as a Support and Training Specialist at Ticketsolve. He’s passionate about empowering teams to work smarter, feel more in control, and make real progress.
When he’s not supporting venues, you’ll find him diving into a good book, playing guitar or bass, and reconnecting with the creative roots he developed during his fine arts degree.
Join us for a practical, people-first session on Agile that will help you amplify focus, strengthen collaboration, and make meaningful, measurable progress in your work.
We can’t wait to see you there!
