Holiday Wishes from Team Ticketsolve

As another year comes to a close, we wanted to send warm holiday wishes to our wonderful Ticketsolve Community ✨

It's safe to say that it’s been a busy 2023 here at Ticketsolve! We've been covering the subjects that matter the most to you all, through 52 blogs and 21 new episodes of The Arts and Everything in Between. We've also been on the road,  and have had the pleasure of connecting with many of you at conferences, workshops and customer visits throughout the UK and Ireland. From our lively RECHARGE Forums in London and Dublin back in February to twelve Ticketsolve Workshops - from Cork to Carmarthenshire - it was fantastic meeting familiar faces and making new connections within the community.

And we couldn’t do what we do best without the hard work of Team Ticketsolve. 
Behind the scenes, our development team has been hard at work implementing over half a million lines of new code based heavily on your feedback. We take pride in our customer-focused development approach, deploying weekly releases that incorporate the features and fixes you care about most.

Our Onboarding Team have been working to get loads more organisations live with Ticketsolve, and we’ve been pleased to welcome these venues and many more.

We were also thrilled  to support so many of you in your success during 2023: our (quite frankly legendary) support team were on hand to help whenever our community needed it, resolving almost 7,000 tickets and taking 5,400 calls

We can't wait to see what the new year brings, and in the mean time we wish you happy holidays, and a healthy and prosperous start to 2024.
