On the 18th and 19th of October, we're excited to be joining Theatre Forum in the Marina Market in Cork for two days of networking with friends, discussions with industry experts, sessions for learning and insight, fab chats, fantastic food and an artistic programme curated by Ticketsolve Community member, Cork Midsummer Festival. If you ask us, it's two days not to miss out on! Last Friday, we were lucky enough to wrap up the month of September in the company of members of the Ticketsolve Community, Theatre Forum, Katy Raines and Heather Matiland. In a session investigating the use of legitimate interest as a basis of lawful communications, Katy Raines shared her take on why legitimate interest (LI) is the way forward, how to keep it simple, and how to comply with GDPR through the basis of LI.

In other GDPR-related news, this week our team completed the last session on GDPR training and we've all been certified with IT Governance. A big congratulations to the Ticketsolve Support and Marketing team on their successful exam results!
