Case Study with Venue Cymru: 3 Steps to Reopening

Venue Cymru closed from April 2020 and was redeployed as a temporary field hospital. Thankful for no admissions, the NHS repurposed the building again into a large vaccination centre. As of August 2021, Venue Cymru has reverted the space back to an arts centre and theatre allowing them to begin their 3 phase reopening strategy.
