Wrapping 2022 with a Big Thank You 🤩

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we've accomplished at Ticketsolve. This year has been a busy one, with a record-breaking number of tickets resolved—over 11,000 to be exact. Our support team also spent a staggering 640 hours on the phone with our clients, helping them through any challenges they faced.

In addition to providing top-notch support, we also welcomed more than 30 organisations to the Ticketsolve family, guiding them through the onboarding process and migrating over a million tickets to our platform. And with 340+ customers currently using Ticketsolve, just imagine the number of tickets we processed this year!

We couldn't have done it all without the support of the Ticketsolve community—arts and cultural organisations, venues, and visitor attractions that rely on our platform to run smoothly. We are grateful for all that you do, and we're looking forward to continuing to work with you in the new year.

Speaking of the new year, our team of developers has been hard at work enhancing our features and building new ones to make Ticketsolve even better. From accessible web design and auto-reporting to new integrations with crowdEngage, there's plenty in the pipeline for 2023.

And speaking of our team, we are excited to welcome over ten new members to Ticketsolve in 2022. From operations and support to development and marketing, they bring a wealth of experience and talent to our organisation.

Finally, we are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting the largest Ticketsolve Forum to date in early 2023, RECHARGE. With two locations over two dates, this is an event you won't want to miss. Keep an eye out for more details, and be sure to register your spot in either London or Dublin.

As always, our support team will be available to help you throughout the holiday season and into the new year. From us all at Ticketsolve, we wish you a happy and safe end of the year!
