We’re aware, however, that lots of venues are just not quite sure where to start when it to implementing changes, or making updates, to ensure that their content is accessible.

Caspian Turner is a Digital Accessibility Specialist, and Director and Founder of Accessible by Design. His extensive knowledge of arts and culture has been built over many years working in the industry, both in house and for sector service providers, in a variety of roles covering everything customer service to IT. 
Caspian is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and an accredited Web Accessibility Specialist. He’s a great friend of Ticketsolve and has worked with lots of our amazing partners - check out his session with Supercool Design here.
