Whether it’s preparing for major events or managing day-to-day operations, Tasks has empowered teams to stay on track and accomplish more. By breaking down complex projects into actionable steps, Ticketsolve users are achieving greater efficiency than ever before.

Seamless Ticket Validation: Ticketsolve Meets Ticketmaster

Ticketsolve’s scanning app now supports Ticketmaster ticket validation, streamlining operations for venues using both platforms. Simply upload Ticketmaster barcode data into Ticketsolve, and the app will validate tickets, displaying customer details seamlessly. This update ensures hassle-free entry for attendees and enhances efficiency for venues, reaffirming our commitment to innovative, user-friendly solutions.

Fundraising and Donations: Evolved for Maximum Impact

Fundraising has always been a cornerstone of Ticketsolve, and this year we’ve taken it to new heights with community-driven updates like Gift Aid optimisation and the Donation Prompt, designed to simplify 'making the ask' while keeping the checkout seamless. The results speak for themselves: beta testers reported up to 906% growth in total donation values, with significant increases in order donations, rates, and sizes—proof that even small changes can make a big impact.

Looking Forward to 2025

Event Hub

We’re super excited to launch Event Hub in early 2025. By integrating pre-orders, ticket management, and audience engagement into the online booking journey, customers will enjoy a seamless, end-to-end experience. Venues in our testing group have already seen a 25% increase in sales on the night thanks to Event Hub - so watch this space!

Inventory Management

We’re enhancing inventory features to provide unparalleled control over stock and sales:

  • Global Stock: Manage inventory across multiple events, ensuring items like merchandise or refreshments are never oversold.
  • Event Limits: Tailor stock availability to specific events, offering greater precision and minimizing operational headaches.

These updates ensure venues can maximise revenue while keeping operations smooth and stress-free​

Projects and Inbox

Launching in 2025, Projects and Inbox will revolutionize how teams manage workflows and fundraising efforts. Projects offers customizable Kanban boards to streamline tasks like group bookings, RSVP lists, and donor management, while Inbox centralises notifications to ensure nothing is missed. With features tailored for managing high-level donors, corporate sponsorships, and events, these tools will simplify operations and enhance productivity, making it easier to focus on what truly matters
