Ticketsolve Workshops 2025: A Look Back Before We Look Ahead!

From the very first session to now, our Ticketsolve Workshops have been shaped by our community: and they just keep getting better. Whether you were there from the beginning or joined us last year, each workshop has helped us build a space where Ticketsolve community members across the UK and Ireland can connect, learn, and spark new ideas together.
So before we reveal what’s coming in 2025, let’s rewind and spotlight what’s made these events such a highlight on the Ticketsolve calendar. 👇
Tips, Trick & Deep Dives
If you’re part of the Ticketsolve Community, you’ll know how much we love sharing our team’s knowledge! From in-person team training to our monthly academies to our in-depth help centre, if there’s something you want to learn, we’re here to share it!
Our workshops are built with this in mind: every year, our team share insights into Ticketsolve’s features and functionality, and you can ask any burning questions you may have. Eeach event's agenda is shaped by your requests - from FAQs to new releases, and include plenty of walkthroughs, and tips and tricks you can put into practice right away.
Connecting with the Community!
Our community spans every corner of the UK and Ireland, so sometimes it’s hard to find time to connect - which is where workshops come in! Year after year, our attendees tell us how much they appreciate the chance to to network with others in their region, discover how others are using the system, and build your professional network.
We love a coffee break and lunch is the first thing on the agenda so there's always plenty of time to chat.
Roadmaps and Revelations
No Ticketsolve event would be complete without a little peek into the future. Every workshop includes an exclusive walk-through of our product roadmap, including the features we’re excited about launching.
Don’t Just Take Our Word For It…
We could fill a whole page with your lovely feedback from last year: but here’s a snippet that says it all:
“Super helpful, clear, and packed with relevant tips. The sessions were short, snappy, and really informative – no brain fatigue here! It was great to meet the friendly and knowledgeable Ticketsolve team in person, connect with other venues, and leave feeling inspired, energised, and full of ideas. A well-organised, relaxed event that hit the perfect balance of professional and personal.”
Oh, and the group photos were top tier too 📸
Ticketsolve Workshops 2025: We’re bringing the team, the tips, and the tea!
Summer 2025 is no different! Team Ticketsolve will be coming along to a variety of excellent locations throughout the UK and Ireland to deliver immersive, focused training events for our community and share what’s new with Ticketsolve!
Our in-person workshops are without doubt one of our favourite ways to connect: not only do we get to see your brilliant teams face-to-face, we get to share what we know catch up with our community 👇
