July is finally here which means the AMA Conference 2025 is just around the corner! We’re packing our bags and getting ready to head to Edinburgh for two days of learning, conversations, and connecting with our brilliant arts, culture, and heritage peers.
We’re thrilled to be sponsoring the conference again this year, and you’ll find us in the Exhibition Hall: come by and say hello! Whether you fancy a quick catch-up, want to hear what’s new in Ticketsolve, or simply fancy a chat about all things marketing, we’re here for it.
Ella (Digital Marketing and Content Specialist), Chris (Customer Success Coordinator), Nick (Head of Revenue), Paulie (Head of Business Development) and Mark (Customer Support and Training Specialist) will be on hand throughout the event.
With so many thought-provoking sessions on the schedule, it’s no easy feat to pick our highlights! Here’s what’s on our radar for AMA 2025:
Brand and storytelling are at the heart of what Ella does, from campaign messaging to how we help customers shape their own voice and identity through Ticketsolve. She’s particularly keen to hear how Everyman & Playhouse brought people along for the ride internally, and how perseverance pays off when building brands that last.
Within Customer Success, NPS is a big part of how we understand our users and keep improving the support we offer. Chris is looking forward to hearing how other organisations use NPS and keep feedback simple but powerful, and how venues can get whole teams to rally around audience insights.
Pricing strategy is something Nick’s constantly exploring with our community. He’s curious to hear how different organisations are balancing audience needs with commercial realities, and how these perspectives are helping organisations to make informed, flexible pricing choices.
With a background in venue management, Paulie knows that flexibility is key, but it can be tough to get right. He’s looking forward to hearing practical examples that can help venues adapt without burning out their teams: insights he can share back with Ticketsolve users who face the same challenges.
With a background in venue marketing, Mark’s always got an eye on the latest campaign ideas and strategies. He’s keen to hear how others are grounding big, creative ambitions in strong marketing fundamentals, insights he loves sharing with Ticketsolve users to help them get the most from their tools and campaigns.
Join us: Thursday 10th July | 1:25pm — 1:55pm
Mark will be sharing how Agile ways of working can help your team stay focused on what really matters — balancing creative energy with clear, simple systems that support people and projects alike. With practical takeaways, real-world examples, and plenty of space for questions, it’s a must if you want to boost collaboration and keep the basics brilliant.
