At **TPC 2025**, our Operations Manager Emma will be leading a reflective session that explores leadership, peeling back the layers of what it really means to be both successful in your role and empowered in your leadership space. At Ticketsolve, we believe that leadership is about collaboration, mentorship, and creating an environment where people can thrive. Whether it's within our own team or in how we support our customers, our approach to leadership is deeply rooted in the idea that the right people, in the right roles, with the right support, make all the difference. We’re so excited for Emma to share her experiences, and thoughts on leadership!  #### Peeling Back the Layers Emma’s session asks some big questions: - How do we *really* enter leadership roles? - How does this transition impact team dynamics? - What does it take to create space for fresh thinking? - How does our own career progression shape the way we lead? The reality of leadership isn’t always straightforward. Many of us have experienced leadership that elevates a team, but also leadership that holds people back. This session is about sharing those experiences, unpicking what works (and what doesn’t), and exploring the often-overlooked aspects of leadership, like how we create space for others, how we embrace change, and how we challenge traditional thinking. #### The Questions That Matter Although you may not walk away from Emma’s session with all the answers, you’ll definitely be considering some of the right questions - the ones that challenge us to rethink recruitment, mentorship, strategic decision-making, and, ultimately, how we cultivate leadership that puts people first.
