We are delighted to be joining the AMA for their annual conference this October. 'Change for Good' takes place from the 21st to 22nd October and with a fantastic programme of sessions, we are looking forward to the event already! Ticketsolve will host a session on Thursday, 21st October at 1.15 pm. Reacting in the Rebound: 5 Methods of Success explores how best to navigate through the rebound phase of Covid-19 after a period of drastic changes and offers techniques for experimenting strategically with evidence through data insights.

Problem-solving is most impactful and successful when you get complete buy in across the entire team. After a whirlwind of a year for the sector, this session gets started on how best to navigate through the rebound phase of Covid-19 after a period of drastic changes. Change is a process not easily welcomed but if embraced willingly and insightfully, can lead to discovering solutions for the better. Implementing a tip-toe strategy for embracing change as a tool for innovation, the session offers techniques for experimenting strategically with evidence through data insights. Problem-solving doesn't have to mean drastic changes or hot-headed discussions, but it should mean experiencing more meaningful results across your entire organisation.

This session will:

— Provide practical models to help you problem-solve  
— Explore the top changes you should be looking to make, from implementing Google Analytics 4 to how you use data to drive audience development  
— Offer case study examples and useful templates to help you embed problem-solving across your organisation
