As our community of users continues to grow, so does our team! We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and support more organisations across the UK and Ireland.

Business Development Manager: What’s the Role?

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for organisations exploring how Ticketsolve can support their work. This role is all about:

  • Spotting and qualifying new leads – Researching potential customers, reaching out via calls and emails, and attending networking events to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Building relationships and driving new business – Managing a strong pipeline of potential customers and introducing them to the benefits of Ticketsolve.
  • Engaging and educating prospects – Over time, you’ll take ownership of sales opportunities, run product demos, and guide organisations through their decision-making journey.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends – Keeping up with sector challenges, attending industry events, and sharing insights to shape future sales and marketing strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

  • Proactive and self-motivated – You love reaching out to potential customers and driving conversations forward.
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder – You’re confident chatting with arts organisations and understanding their needs.

  • Sales-oriented with a consultative approach – No pushy sales here! You’ll focus on listening and helping organisations find the right solution.

  • Organised and data-driven – You can track multiple leads and refine outreach strategies using a CRM like HubSpot.

  • Passionate about how tech can support the arts and culture sector – Industry experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is key!
