Happy New Year: 2022 We are ready!

Written by Paul Fadden | Jan 7, 2022 11:35:23 AM

They say that January is the month for dreaming and February is for doing. 2021 certainly didn't end without throwing more challenges its way to the sector but however your December ended, we hope you still have big dreams for January!
A happy new year to our wonderful community, friends and partners from Ticketsolve!

We’ve loved chatting (and commiserating) with you on the phone and over email this past year but we are ready to get back to fun in person. We learned and shared so much with you all at the wonderful virtual conferences this year from Theatre Forum to AMA conferences, Creu Cymru and of course our very own Resilience Conference and Academies. These virtual spaces were a godsend in a time when meeting up face to face has been so difficult. And we loved sharing our inspiring community stories via our case studies and the Arts and Everything In Between podcast.

We’d be remiss if we didn’t give a special shout out to The Arts Working Group who continued to provide insight, motivation and advice to the sector this year - it was very, very much appreciated.

Especially exciting this year is our new Research and Innovation project at Ticketsolve. You’ll see more about this fascinating project in the coming year for sure!

On a final note, I want to thank our teams here at Ticketsolve - we are especially proud of the hard work and dedication they bring every day. From Development to Support to Marketing, Sales and Finance, they have continued to push the platform forward and continually look for ways to support our community as best as possible. We would be nothing without these outstanding professionals at the heart of Ticketsolve; we have been delighted to welcome (and continue to welcome) new members to our teams in 2022!

If you missed your holiday greeting, you can watch it below! Keep an eye out for some of our special guests and the new faces you'll meet throughout this brand new year!
