200,000 Tickets

750 million euros of festival tickets, accounting for about 200,000 tickets went through the Ticketsolve systems between the spring and summer 2015 festival season. Across the UK and Ireland festivals using Ticketsolve ranged from arts, music, family events, comedy and theatre and many more. Some highlights included the Galway Arts Festival, Castlepalooza, Great Yorkshire Fringe, The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival, Sidmouth Folk Festival among many others, as well as several festivals new to Ticketsolve.

Cloud-based

New customers noted that a real advantage to Ticketsolve is that it is cloud based. No matter the time, or place, access to Ticketsolve is constant. Being cloud based give festivals the freedom to operate from multiple venues, over multiple days and times. The innovative seating plans allow festivals to have multiple customised seating plans for customers.

Subdomains

Another advantage for many festival customers are subdomains. With Ticketsolve festivals can create multiple subdomains, all with unique branding, and manage them all in one place.

Scanning

Jameson International Film Festival took advantage of Tickesolve's latest feature, scanning. Scanning directly from mobiles meant that this year's JDIFF patrons did not need to worry about paper tickets, they simply came with their mobile phones and were admitted to each show as required. Planning has already begun for next spring/summer festivals. Many festivals next year are looking forward to integrating scanning into their next year's plans. Congratulations to all Ticketsolve festivals! Onwards for next year!
