Designed as a refresh and update for existing users and an introduction for the wider Ticketsolve community, this session provided a snapshot of some of the functionality available and ideas of how you can begin doing more about putting your audience's insight into action with your audiences. The Audience Agency enables cultural organisations to use UK national data to increase their relevance, reach and resilience.
