In this session, we were joined by Chris, Louisa and Katie from The Audience Agency to explore their Audience Finder Data Tools. Designed as a refresh and update for existing users and an introduction for the wider Ticketsolve community, this session provided a snapshot of some of the functionality available and ideas of how you can begin doing more about putting your audience's insight into action with your audiences.
The Audience Agency enables cultural organisations to use UK national data to increase their relevance, reach and resilience. Although the Audience Finder program is only available to organisations in the UK to contribute and analyse their ticketing and survey data, this session also provided valuable insight on formulating questions of your data and thinking about implementation for venues in the Republic of Ireland too, as well as an introduction to the wider work of The Audience Agency.

Ticketsolve supports a seamless integration with Audience Finder and applying artforms is easy. Working alongside the Audience Agency, our integration allows organisations who use Audience Finder Data Tools to categorise shows according to artform in Ticketsolve, using the tagging function.
