When people see Ticketsolve in action for the first time, their reaction tends to be the same. They are taken with how intuitive it is, and surprised by how sophisticated it is, whilst adapting to existing workflows and setups.
That reaction is a big part of why our community keeps expanding. Last year 40 organisations moved across to Ticketsolve, and another 22 have joined so far this year, which makes us one of the fastest growing live experience platforms in the UK and Ireland.
We’d love to showcase the system to as many people as possible, so on Wednesday 22 July at 11am we are running a live demo webinar, open to all who wish to see Ticketsolve in action.
The webinar will last an hour, including dedicated time for Q&A, and will be hosted by Nick Stevenson, Ticketsolve’s Head of Revenue, and Paulie Musselwhite, Business Development Manager, alongside members from our Product, Support and Customer Success teams.
Rather than talk through slides, we will share our screen and show the platform doing real tasks, and everyday jobs of running a venue. No staged demo environment, just the system as your team would use it on a normal week. Here’s what we’ll cover:

Building an event and putting it on sale
On-sale day is one of the highest-pressure moments in any box office. Get the setup wrong and errors surface at the worst possible time - when sales are already going through and there are only a couple of staff members on the rota.
We will build an event from scratch and put it on sale, so you can see how the setup actually works. The people who do this every day tell us the back end of the system is intuitive and easy to learn, and we’ll showcase what this looks like in practice.
We’ll also share more about the ways in which we’ll support you in training staff and managing large-scale on-sales - both of which our customers call out as key benefits of being part of the Ticketsolve community.
Your customers’ responsive online journey
For most venues, more of your audience books on a phone than on any other device. Ticketsolve community member Komedia Bath found that 61.4% of its ticket buyers booked on mobile, and that number tends to be similar across the sector. If the booking journey is awkward on a small screen, you lose people at the exact moment they were ready to buy.
We will take you through a real customer journey on a phone, from choosing seats, to pre-booking refreshments through Event Hub, to managing a mobile ticket on the day.
You will see how frictionless our online journey is, as well as discovering all the ways we can unlock secondary revenue for your venue through Ticketsolve. For venues using Event Hub that has meant an average of £11.22 in secondary spend per customer - the kind of income that is easy to leave on the table when your box office system and your pre-order setup live in different systems.

Segmenting an audience and creating a campaign based on real behaviour
Most marketing teams in the sector are stretched thin, juggling tools that don't talk to each other. The hardest part is rarely sending the email, it's trusting that you're sending it to the right people.
We'll build an audience segment based on real booking behaviour, then show how you'd turn that into a campaign. Because Ticketsolve is connected to your marketing tools, that audience flows straight through to your email marketing platform with no exporting, no uploading, no second-guessing whether the list is right.
For marketing teams that means less time on admin and list-wrangling, and more on the work that builds audience loyalty.

Real insights in real time with the Ticketsolve sales dashboard
We'll open the Sales Dashboard and walk through it live, showing how you'd see exactly how your sales are tracking the moment you log in, without needing to buold a report from
scratch. We'll look at filtering across more than one programme, show or event at once, and how you can get a full picture of your income with ticket revenue, booking charges and product sales pulled into one figure, plus how to spot trends at a glance through the built-in graphs. And for an idea of how you can get deeper insights, we'll show where the detailed reporting lives too.

Discover why we’re a partner, not just a platform
The people who build and support the platform will be on the call, so you can ask anything that comes up. That includes the practical questions you may have in mind, like what our product roadmap looks like, how our customers influence our weekly updates, how we provide support to our community, and what our Customer Success partnership looks like in practice.
It's a relaxed, open session with no pitch and no obligation. Come along, have a look, and get a sense of how we work with the venues that use Ticketsolve.
